Oneg is a mission-driven e-commerce lifestyle brand centered around the universally accessible Jewish ritual of Shabbat. We do this through our signature Shabbat Box, which includes tools to elevate the Friday night dining experience with beautifully hand-crafted ritual objects and engaging, easy-to-use, branded guiding materials.

Launching our first product line, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and self-directed experienced professional with a passion for scaling businesses.   

This position manages the day-to-day operational activities of Oneg, as well as serving as a strategic thought-partner to the Founder to ensure the vision of an e-commerce lifestyle brand that changes lives is realized with great precision and care.

  Entrepreneurial spirit, can navigate the exciting nature of a startup, knowing how to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, efficiently, and to a timely conclusion.
• A track record of success leading complex projects.
• Budgets and Data are also your thing.
• Overachiever who likes to exceed expectations and has fun in the process!

SKILL SETS:

5-7+ years minimum of experience in business operations. A Bachelor’s or graduate degree. In business, management, operations, or a related field is helpful.

Salary range is $95k-150k. Compensation commensurate with experience. Health insurance. Opportunity to engage in meaningful work, with a great team, at our fast-growing start-up!
